In a few days, Jane had grasped all the complex issues and produced a plan which was both deliverable and imaginative and truly articulated the heart of the organisation’s mission. It won the approval and enthusiasm of staff, trustees, external stakeholders and funders. We were delighted with the ease and speed of the process and with the result." Paul Reid, Director

"Kingston Smith have been our auditor for some time, but we had not previously taken advantage of the additional services offered by the Fundraising and Management Team. We asked them to design and deliver a bespoke Bid Writing course to help our clients improve their fundraising skills and successfully tender for contracts. Kingston Smith delivered informative interactive and accessible training that engaged 30 trainees over two days. The flexible and engaging methods used resulted in good learning outcomes and positive feedback. We would be happy to utilise the training services of the team again in the future." 10:10

Jhumar Johnson's two hour advice session was brilliant. With her honest, incisive and practical advice she helped us raise significantly increased revenue from our fundraising events. Without her advice we wouldn't have had as many guests attend (because she helped with the invitation text) and we definitely wouldn't have raised as much on the day. Most significantly, she gave us the confidence to ask for multi-year gifts. This was hugely successful with three out of six guests at our fundraising lunch committing to donations of £15,000 or over each year for three years. Lizzie Gillett, 10:10

Action for Children

Jhumar helped us crystallize our vision for the individual who would help shape our major gifts team and deliver ambitious targets. She has the ability to get to the heart of the matter very quickly and provided us with an excellent external perspective. Andrew Harris, Director fo Fundraising, Action for Children
